Registration information

Registration is required for all conference participants preferably until June 15, 2016. It is recommended to make the registration online. In order to avoid double charges, please register only ONCE. Early bird fees are available until June 15, 2016. Any registration and payment received after that date will be accepted as late registration. Confirmation will be sent to all participants by the organisers upon receipt of registration and payment.

Terms and conditions of participation

Advanced online registration is a condition of participation in the conference. During the online registration you should accept the terms and conditions of participation as well as the terms of cancellation written on this website. The registration fee/accompanying person’s registration fee includes entertainment allowances, such as catering services, excursion, dinner etc. In the final invoice the amount of these services will be indicated as intermediary service. Cancellation policy

All the cancellations and changes must be sent to Diamond Congress Ltd. in written form. All refunds will be processed after the Symposium. Please send your exact bank account details in the written cancellation, unless you paid by credit card.

Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows:

  • 100% refund (minus an administrative fee of 50 Euro) –
    in case of cancellation received before July 15, 2016
  • No refund –
    in case of cancellation, received after July 15, 2016

Cancellation policy for hotel accommodation is as follows:

  • 100 % refund in case of cancellation made before July 31, 2016
  • From August 1 to August 31 two night reservation will be charged or withheld from the paid amount.
  • After August 31, 2016 regardless the payment status (paid or not paid) all cancellations will incur a 100 % charge.

Modifications are accepted until August 31, 2016. There are no refunds for earlier check out or “no shows”.


All payments should be made in Euro. All charges due to bank transfers have to be paid by the sender. In any case please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.

or by major credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard) to be arranged during the secure online registration. A pro forma invoice should be generated (pdf) in order to arrange any payment, wire transfer or credit card. The paid amount should appear in the paid column in case of successful online payment. Manual card charges and bank wire transfers are to be credited in your “Paid” column only after receipt payment.

Registrations which are not accompanied by appropriate payment, will not be honoured. Registrations  will be acknowledged in writing. Confirmation is to be sent by the Secretariat to the email address of the registration (used during the registration), ONLY if a payment was made. Participants who paid the fee will be able to download a PAID INVOICE in pdf in their personal records within a week time after the receipt of payment, from the “My Invoices” menu after logging into the registration datebase.

Official final invoices and receipts for fees paid by the participants will be handed over on site at the registration desk. The Symposium Secretariat, Diamond Congress Ltd. is responsible for collection of all charges; hence all financial issues are handled and confirmed by the Secretariat.

On site registration fees can be paid in Euro or in Hungarian Forint. Besides, credit cards listed above will be accepted. The organisers regret that cheques cannot be accepted, they should be cashed at the banks.

Credit Card

For the onlinde payment VISA, EuroCard/MasterCard, American Express Card number are suitable with expiry date, card holder’s name, billing address of the cardholder and CVV code (the last three digits on the back of the credit card where the signature is – only VISA and EC/MC).
